The 14th Scottish Borders Festival of Walking for 2008 offers you a facinating range of walks through the Scottish Borders.  The Festival is based in the town of Galashiels and offers a week long celebration of walking allowing you to experience a magnificent selection of easy valley walks and strenuous hill treks.  Under the guidance of local experts you can explore the rich wildlife, fascinating geology, intriguing history and remarkable archaeology associated with the Scottish Borders.

There are over 40 magnificent walks as well as fine food and drink and comprehensive evening entertainment.
