East Dunbartonshire Walking Festival 2008

The next East Dunbartonshire Walking Festival will take place on 13 - 19 September 2008. There will be 10 walks suitable for all ages and abilities. Walks will explore the Campsie Fells, Kilpatrick Hills and the Kelvin Valley. The walks start within easy reach of Glasgow and walk leaders are friendly and knowledgeable.

There is a charge of £3 for any number of challenging and/or moderate walks. Gentle walks are free and there is no charge for young people 18 years or younger. At the moment there are no bases decided on yet but there will probably be a different base on each day. Check back later on in the year for more details.

A leaflet will be available early in 2008. Anyone wishing to register for leaflet should contact the Ranger Service using the details below.
