Description
Start from the car park - turn right and follow the main road out of Port Charlotte. After about 1/2 mile turn left up a track past the old manse. Near the remains of Lorgbaw bear left across the hill to a stile at a fence/wall junction. Continue uphill - head for the edge of the forest which comes into view. From the summit of Octomore Hill walk downhill to the southwest to cross a stile on a fence. Follow the line of an old stone wall downhill to cross the Abhuinn Gearach and go through a gate onto the minor road which leads back to Port Charlotte.
