Description
Start from the museum in Stuart Street; turn right and follow the A845 out of town. Turn left at the green signpost down to Loch Ascog to join the Moor Road. follow the track all the way across the moor to the war memorial and turn right along the grass verge of the A844. Take the next right turn downhill towards the farm buildings at Drumreoch. Follow the track round to join Lord James' Ride, and turn right to go uphill onto the Moor, past the viewpoint and back to the crossroads near New Farm. Turn left and take the Moor Road back to the main road and Rothesay.
