Go through the gate and past the standing stone, to join the farm track. Follow this until level with Barone Hill; go through a gate and down the field to a stile at the foot of the hill. The path up the hill is indistinct but the going is not hard. From the summit, follow the wall down and cross a stile to descend to the water board road.
