Description
From Kintra Farm, follow the rough track along the shore; through a gate, across a footbridge and uphill to Frachdale. Turn right, uphill, through a gate and over the hill, along the path towards Grasdale. From Grasdale, cross the burn near the old stone wall below Tockmal; the way on from the chapel is indistinct and care should be taken near the cliffs. From Rudha Mor, follow a faint path uphill past two ruined walls and go around the hill above Laggan Bay. Take care following sheep tracks on the way back; keep high on the hillside. Cross under the fence above Alt Fada and take the path above the birch woods of Coille a Chnoic Mhoir. The way ahead is clear joining a track near Port Ban which leads back to the footbridge and Kintra.
