Dollar to Glendevon

Description
Start Dollar, taking the road to Castle Campell. From the car park in Dollar Glen, walk up the road and then turn right onto a track at Brewlands and up to the gate into the forest.
From beyond the gate take the middle path at the three-way junction to the edge of the trees. Go through the gate, along the path over the wateshed and onto the track by the reservoir and down towards the farm at Glenquey.
At the sheepfold turn left over a stile into a field to by-pass the farm. Leave the track on the hill above Burnfoot, and follow the path downhill, over the bridge, left rhough a gate towards the footbridge over the river. The path on the far side emerges on the main road - take care as there is no pavement.

To avoid some of the steep climb, parking is available at the car park about 3/4 of a mile from the town and just below Brewlands where the trak to Glendevon leaves the road.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no public transport to or from Glendevon.
