Description

This is a pleasant walk through Berryhill, a wildlife area of gorse and scrub. The path, which is wet in places, is signposted beside a playing field opposite the Cowie Industrial Estate and turns right along the side of the railway. As it's name suggests the path was used by coal miners getting to and from work. Before the path comes out onto the B9124, turn right onto a new path which will take you back into Cowie.
