Description

This circuit is suitable for cyclists and walkers, the first part is possible as a pleasant link from Plean to Cowie. From Plean turn off the A9 just after the motorway bridge, onto a path signed for Cowie. At the end of this path, turn left onto the B9124 for a short distance and then right onto a path also signed for Cowie. This path takes you to Station Road (which links to the outskirts of Cowie). Just past some houses, turn left off this road onto a rough track. At the end of this track, cross straight over the road onto the Sink farm track, signed for Sauchenford. After the farm, this track bends to the left and joins the A9. Cross over the road and into the village of Sauchenford. At the telephone box turn left and then left again onto a private road which rejoins the A9 where a right turn takes you back to Plean.
