Description
From the visitor centre car park, follow the coastal road to the first satellite circle (Calanais II), then head for Calanais III, before continuing back to the main site Calanais I.
Access Info
Parking is available at the Calanais Standing Stones Visitor Centre - 750m off the A858.
Local buses from Stornoway.
Additional Info
Calanais is an important Neolithic site, with a small chambered cairn inside the ring of stones.
