Description
There are two different routes; a red (short) and a green (long). The route runs through the woods following the way markers. It is also worth taking the short path down to Shin Falls.
Set in the Achany Glen, amongst beautiful Highland scenery, the Falls of Shin is definitely a place which offers something for all the family. The visitor centre here is open all year round.
The waterfalls are a wonderful sight and here the famous salmon leap can be seen, where you can watch salmon hurl themselves up the falls.

Shin Falls are situated on the B864, which can be reached from Lairg in the north and Invershin in the south.
