Description
The route starts by following the old drovers road close to Finstown village, which leads to Binscarth's seven and a half acre wood planted last century. The wood is also the site of Orkney's largest rookery.
Access Info
From Stromness the layby is on the left before entering Finstown. From Kirkwall, drive through the village and the layby is on the right. Park in the layby, or in Finstown.
Regular bus town from both Stromness and Kirkwall to Finstown.
