Description

At the start this walk climbs up through Hawick and on to the Heip Hill allowing wonderful views over the town and its valley setting. The walk then takes you down through Wilton Dean, through award winning Wilton Lodge Park and along the riverside.

By Wilton Lodge Museum, there is a statue of Jimmy Guthrie; a famous motorcyclist, who was killed in the 1937 German Grand Prix.
