Description

A walk out over moorlands, past Glenbuck Bog (the sourse of the River Ayr), to the place where the Covenanter, John Brown, was fatally shot in 1685. A monument stands here now inside a stone wall, which encloses the grave.

Car park 0.25 miles from Priesthill Farm.
